I was referred to the Schirm Firm by a coworker who had previously rented from them & I couldn’t have been more pleased with my apartment, the building engineers & with my interactions with management. They were always working on the building so it was immaculate and very comfortable to live in. And their responsiveness to any issue was incredibly fast & efficient. If I had not bought a house, I would still be renting from them.
