On the behalf of myself and the rest of the residents in your Argyle Street building, I just wanted to express my gratitude towards you for enrolling in a recycling program and obtaining bins for us to place our recyclables in. As one who used to have to drive to the recycling center to deposit my recyclables, I found it to be very convenient as well. I would also consider the program to be an instant success based on the fact that both bins were completely filled within three days of placing them in our outside common area. I also found your gesture to be very responsible and sensitive to your tenant’s needs, which are two qualities that are very rare to find in landlords.
